OUR VISION

"Faith is taking the first step even when you don't see the whole staircase.” The goal is to become a focal point of the neighborhood and a destination that will provide an immersive experience to its members. Our proposed programs, along with existing programs, will undoubtedly enhance the El Faro Community Center's ability to provide impactful services to the community while generating revenue. We are confident that through our strategic planning and commitment to community development, we can help take the center to greater heights.

Cafe

We will be offering freshly roasted coffee, specialty drinks, healthy snacks, light meals, good books, and music in a calm and positive atmosphere. By establishing a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere, we aim to enrich the lives of everyone who walks through our doors.

Bookstore

A bookstore inside the center that promotes community education and literacy. The Christian-themed bookstore may also offer stationery and school supplies for convenience.

Daycare | Head Start

A day care and Head Start program that serves working parents in the community. Our program is designed to give families the peace of mind of knowing that their children receive quality care in a welcoming environment. We are confident that with our experienced management team and dedicated staff, our program will establish itself as the premier child care provider in our community.

School Program

An after-school program that serves children and adolescents residing in the community. The program will include on-site homework assistance as well as various extracurricular activities to motivate and engage the youth.

An adult day care program that caters to seniors who need help with daily activities. The program may involve the provision of support services and medical care, as well as social activities.

Television and Radio Podcast

A podcast radio and TV station inside the center. Not only will this keep members up to date with current events within the community, but it will also generate income through advertisements, commercials, office supplies, or program guides for additional income.
