Dear Jesus, I am a sinner. I repent of my sins and confess that Jesus is my Lord and Savior. I believe that Jesus is the Son of God, who died and rose from the dead to save me from my sins. Open my heart and come in as my personal Lord and Savior. Write my name in your book of Life and fill me with the Holy Spirit to seal my salvation for all eternity. In Jesus' name, Amen.
